Our Teachers
Aerial Fitness teachers put their heart and soul into their work. They love to share their art and they teach with compassion and encouragement. Under their guidance, you will learn about technique and showmanship. They will help you identify your fitness and/or performing goals and do the best in their ability to make you acheive those goals.
Kristi Toguchi
Kristi Toguchi is the founder of Aerial Fitness®, co-founder of Futurehuman®, and a world-class entertainer and coach. Kristi has been featured by more than 100 media outlets, including NBC, Fox, SyFy, Discovery, Travel Channel, HGTV, Amazon Studios, Sony, Muscle & Fitness Magazine, GQ, Golf Magazine, and Thomas Cook Travel Magazine. She was also the resident aerialist at the world-famous Tao Night Club in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Kristi has over 25 years of teaching experience, specializing in aerial acrobatics, contortion, dance, and magic. She has taught students worldwide, and she is the owner of Aerial Fitness® School (www.AerialFitness.us) in Las Vegas. Her students have attended the prestigious Ecole National Circus School. Many of them have gone on to have successful careers performing in international venues, including the Olympics, cruise lines, television, corporate events, and more.
Anita Wayne
With over four years of teaching experience, Anita brings a compassionate and holistic approach to yoga, specializing in creating a supportive environment for students of all ages—from 3 to 80. Having completed both YTT-200 and YTT-300 certifications, as well as advanced training in ceremonial yoga, Anita integrates physical alignment, mindfulness, and meditative practices that nurture both body and mind.
Passionate about the mental health benefits of yoga, Anita uses techniques that promote calmness, reduces anxiety, and encourages self-discovery. Each class is thoughtfully designed to guide students on their own personal journey, whether they’re beginners or experienced practitioners.
Sierra Rosten
Sierra is a performer based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her specialties include aerial acrobatics, contortion, and magic. She has performed for corporate events, charity events, casinos, and more. She appeared on Fox 5 News and Franks & Deans music video.
With 11 years of experience in aerial silks and contortion, Sierra has developed a deep passion for these unique and dynamic art forms. Her journey in aerial and contortion has not only strengthened her own skills but also fueled her enthusiasm for sharing these techniques with others. She is dedicated to helping students of all levels discover their strength, flexibility, and creativity through personalized instruction in a supportive and inspiring environment. Teaching is not just a job for her—it’s an opportunity to connect with others and ignite their own passion for movement.
Sierra has trained with renowned aerialist and magician, Kristi Toguchi, international circus stars, Cheryl Lindley and Earl Chaney. She also has an A.A. in dance from CSN in Las Vegas.
Ariana Sokol (Guest Teacher)
Ariana Sokol is a professional contortionist based in Las Vegas. Ari was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico where her journey began in the sport of gymnastics at the age of five. When she was nine years old she moved to Los Angeles to further her training. She was very successful in her sport and won numerous state, regional, and national competitions. After completing her gymnastics career, she began coaching at her parent’s gymnastics club in California.
Although she loved to teach, her true passion was to perform. She began to train with the Aerial Hoop but discovered her true passion was in hand balancing and contortion. In 2017, Ari moved to Las Vegas to train with the world-renowned Otgo Waller and to pursue her dreams. Since then Ari has performed all over America and she was highlighted by Flexible Body Art LLC by performing a solo, duo, and quad act at the 20th Anniversary International Contortion Convention.
Shyamtara (Guest Teacher)
Shyamtara is a dynamic Aerial Performer. She has performed around the world on land and sea, from settings as diverse as a traditional circus to some of the World's largest nightclubs. She performs unique Solo Acts, Duo Acts, Group Acts, and production numbers.
Shyamtara has performed around the world with numerous companies including Celebrity Cruises, Delyria Speigeltent Cabaret, and Cirque du Soleil's One Night for One Drop.
Her performance history brings a creative insight to coaching which is geared towards choreography and dramatic expression. She takes great pleasure in sharing her experience and passion with others.
